Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the time you receive your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return the item you already have and, once your return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item for any reason within 14 days without a valid reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund via your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and send your refund.
